I’m Megan—a mom of two, neurosurgery Physician Assistant, and certified pediatric sleep consultant who believes deeply in the power of rest. After seeing firsthand how sleep supports the developing brain (and living through the beautiful chaos of newborn life twice!), I fell in love with helping families find peaceful nights again.
I blend medical knowledge, real-life mom experience, and evidence-based sleep strategies to support each child’s unique needs and help parents feel confident every step of the way.
